The Travelers Show started in 1982 as a convenient local resource for women’s apparel wholesale buyers in the Mid-Atlantic region - New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, Washington, DC, Virginia and West Virginia. Since then, Travelers has established itself as the largest trade show in the region for exhibitors offering women’s clothing and accessories in the upper-moderate/better-to-bridge market.
The Travelers Show takes place four times a year:
January - Immediate / Spring March - Immediate / Fall August - Immediate / Early Spring October - Immediate / Spring
“Convenient and Cost Efficient”
Travelers provides a relaxed and comfortable local buying experience for specialty retailers in the Mid-Atlantic. Each hotel show location offers a complimentary hospitality room for light breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks. Retailers frequently remark how “convenient and cost efficient” the show is versus shows in New York, while also being a “productive use of time” given their busy schedules.
Retailers register at the show door with wholesale identification including: sales tax ID, store business card, recent vendor purchase order/invoice for fashion related items, or a company check.
